Set in the pressure cooker of Canada’s most prestigious cooking school, the series follows a diverse group of students through their gruelling first year in the program. It’s one part kitchen boot camp, one part gastronomic finishing school that throws together individuals of various ages, backgrounds and skill sets and challenges them to function as an effective team. At the same time, they must compete against one another for two prestigious summer internships – make-or-break opportunities awarded to the school’s most talented students.
