Set in the pressure cooker environment of Canada’s most prestigious cooking school, the series follows a diverse group of students through the gruelling first year program. It’s one part kitchen boot camp, one part gastronomic finishing school and a fully frenetic 4 month crash course that throws together individuals of various ages, backgrounds and skill sets and challenges them to function as an effective team. At the same time, they must compete against one another for two prestigious summer internships – make-or-break opportunities awarded to the school’s most talented students.
